1Archive past clientsUse the ⋯ menu next to the client name. Archived clients move to the Archived tab, drop out of client pickers, and can pause their recurring rules. One click to unarchive, from the list or the banner.
2Next recurring taskA "Next up" card at the top of every client, plus a one-line preview under each name in the list. Comes from active recurring rules whose template is tagged with this client.
3Completed work folds awayDone work collapses into one line showing the total and the latest item. Open it to see compact one-line rows grouped by month, 10 at a time.
4What stays the sameTag color, the time-period chips, the filter and Restore for archived cards all stay. The GitHub Repo work box moves under Open: repos and PRs in progress stay visible, and shipped PRs/issues fold to one line like completed tasks. Delete moves into the ⋯ menu so it's harder to click by accident.
